Malaysian-Style Chicken Curry

This curry, which is rich in coconut milk, shallots, garlic, ginger and fragrant with clove, cinnamon and star anise is a wonderful dish full of flavor!  This dish, with all the various flavors would pair well with a pilsner such as Boulevard’s Pilsner.

The sweet, nutty flavor of “Hazelnut Brown Nectar” by Rogue Brewing Company would go great with a spicy flavored cocktail sauce.  As an appetizer, try this shrimp cocktail for a fusion of flavors.
